- Because our bagels are freshly prepared in an authentic New York style, we ask that orders be placed at least 48 hours in advance
- All orders within the municipality of Utrecht are delivered free of charge at the agreed time and location
- Orders are not delivered on Saturdays. Make sure you order in time for another day
- Do you have specific wishes? Please contact us by email or telephone
- Payment must be made directly via the webshop when placing the order
- Additional delivery costs may be charged for deliveries outside Utrecht
- Cancellation is not possible after payment
