LOX offers the perfect catering for a tasty breakfast or lunch, ideal for meetings, workshops or other occasions. Easily put together your breakfast or lunch via our webshop and let us take care of the rest.

Ordering and delivery

Orders via our webshop must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. For orders under 20 products, you can also use Thuisbezorgd or Uber Eats, and order them on the same day. Do you have a larger order (more than 150 products)? Then simply request a quote via our webshop.

Dietary requirements or allergies

Do you have specific dietary requirements or allergies? Let us know when placing your order, so that we can take this into account.

Catering Terms and conditions for webshop orders

Order at least 48 hours in advance
Because our bagels are freshly prepared in an authentic New York style, we ask that you place orders at least 48 hours in advance.

Free delivery within the municipality of Utrecht
All orders within the municipality of Utrecht are delivered free of charge at the agreed time and location.

Delivery before 11:00
Webshop orders are prepared before LOX opens and are therefore always delivered before 11:00.

No delivery on Saturday
Orders are not delivered on Saturdays. Make sure you order in time for another day.

Adjustments and special requests
Do you have specific requests? Please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

Payment
Payment must be made directly via the webshop when placing the order.

Delivery outside Utrecht
Additional delivery costs may be charged for deliveries outside Utrecht.

Cancellation
Cancellation is not possible after payment.
